Our renovations start with a consultation, which we can do in person or via video chat.

All our projects include the necessary materials, permits, and professional installations. Below is our baseline

pricing and what’s included; we offer a full line of customization at additional cost.

Remember, this is major construction; debris and dust will be our top priority, keeping to a minimum. However, they will still be present.

SPF insulation

This includes the material and necessary supplies for installation, removal of carpet and haul away, 1/4 rd install, and transitions. Removal of hard surfaces, sub-floor prep, and custom patterns are charged based on a per-job assessment.

Payments and Financing

We are proud to offer financing for all projects and accept major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payments, and Zelle. The payment schedule is as follows: 15% to start the project, 35% when the materials are delivered, 10% after the first full week on the project, 10% half way point, 20% on the final day of work, and 10% after final inspections or occupancy from the state if required. A change order fee of $350 plus the cost of additional work will be paid upon approval of the order.
